[Ba Sing Se] Middle Ring

The Middle Ring of Ba Sing Se contains the city's middle-class populace. Inside this ring are a vast assortment of shops and restaurants as well as the financial district and Town Hall (one of the oldest buildings in the Middle Ring). Ba Sing Se University, a massive warehouse of knowledge and a key landmark of the city, is also located in this area. The buildings of this Ring are much larger than those of the Lower Ring, but smaller than those located in the Upper Ring, and they are more spaced out. It has a generally richer and more peaceful atmosphere than the Lower Ring, as there are lots of flowers and trees. Citizens of the Middle Ring are free to enter the Agrarian Zone, Lower Ring, Middle Ring and the Upper Ring without needing permission.


Glacies ran down some stairs that lead to a lake
He settled down and started fishing.

Glacies settled down his fishing rod
He stood and focused. He breathed in....and out came a breath that he used to froze a section of the lake.
He stomped his feet and out came a frozen fish.
"Aah Dinner"
Glacies took his belongings and headed for the lower ring

And thus many a report were filed at the Ba Sing Sei Civilian Rights Centre (The Peasant Shack), and were promptly ignored.
